Thomas Leonard Dawkins

Thomas L. Dawkins (Pinnix) aka "Tommy", 52, of New Haven, CT passed away peacefully on June 9, 2019 surrounded by his family and closest friends. Tommy was born on June 18, 1966 to Rosa Tilley and the late Thomas L. Pinnix, Jr.
Tommy had a great love for fishing and his menagerie of exotic animals which included Burmese Pythons, Monitor Lizards, a Dwarf Billy Goat, Ferrets, Piranha, Tarantulas, a Bearded Dragon to name a few.
Tommy leaves behind to cherish his memory; his sons, Tyrell Cheatham and David McBride; his grandchildren, Laila and Maijor; his sisters, Hope Redding (Kenneth), Faith Maldonado (Gedaliz), Tommie Jean Pinnix and brother Richard Dawkins; his six nieces, six nephews and seventeen great-nieces and nephews. Tommy will also be forever remembered by his beloved extended family and dearest friends.
A wake will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2019 between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Baker-Isaac Funeral Services, 985 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport CT.
