Roszena Paulk Obituary (1953

Roszena Paulk was born August 12, 1953 in Florence, South Carolina to the late Frank Johnson Sr. And Zena Mae Johnson (McCutcheon). Roszena moved to Norwalk Connecticut with her family in 1957. She attended the Norwalk Public school system and was an outstanding softball player for the Untouchable Womens Softball League. She was married to Joe Paulk in 1969 until his passing. Together they had one daughter Charice Paulk. She gave her life to the Lord and became a member of Miracle Temple Church. She had a long 15 year career at Sheraton hotel of Stamford, Connecticut becoming supervisor of all housekeeping in just three years. She was also lead in designing the renovations for Sheraton new facility. She has predeceased by her brother Frank Johnson Junior, survived by her brothers Howard Johnson West Haven, CT, Larry Johnson (Joi) Chapel Hill, NC, one daughter Charice Paulk, Norwalk, CT, one grand daughter, Demi McCall, Wilson, NC, a loving fianc Donald Tyson and a host of Neices, Nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 02, 2020 at 6:00 PM, Miracle Temple, 2 Trinity Place, Norwalk, CT. Interment will be private.
