Nevada Malinda Lynch Obituary (1936

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you. . . Isaiah 55:12 Nevada Malinda Lynch of 238 Larkin Court, Stratford, CT entered into eternal rest on October 22, 2015. She was born on April 15, 1936 in Demopolis, Marengo County, Alabama to her proud parents, the late Edward and Leota Fenderson Lynch. Nevada gave her life to Christ at an early age at Friendship Baptist Church in Demopolis, AL. She graduated from the U.S. Jones High School in Demopolis in May, 1954. After graduation, she moved to Oberlin, OH where she lived and worked from 1954 to 1960. Nevada then moved to Washington, DC, Connecticut, California and finally returned to Connecticut to care for our beloved mother. While living in Connecticut, Nevada was employed as a Technician by Bryant Electric, Westinghouse and Dade Behring. She retired from Dade Behring Company in 2003. Nevada was the eldest girl in our family of fourteen, nine girls and five boys. She leaves behind to raise her up with prayer and love: three brothers, WC Lynch (Mozella) of Elyria, OH, Terry Lynch of West Haven, CT and Joseph Grayer (Brenda) of Chicago, IL; four sisters, Delia Wilson-Miller (Kevin) of Surprise, AZ, Abbie Lynch of Stratford, CT, Barbara Esposito of Greensboro, NC and Debra Lee of Riverdale, GA. She was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters: Eddie Lynch, Jr., Tony Lynch, Gertrude Burleson, Doris Hale, Mary Dillard and Bernice Bowen. She leaves many nieces and nephews that she loved and looked after for many years. She had an extra special place in her heart for Tina (Dawn) and Shawnie. She also had a special place in her heart for Bobo, Stacy, Daphne, Pat, Shaneka, Shanae, Jennifer, Robert, Michael and Michael Jr., Dinah, Wayne, Zoey, Ronin, Xavier, Ronnie, Cathy, Tori, Eddie III, Dana, Deidra, Stephanie, Taurean, Mona, Theron, Fella, Tulip, Percival, Christopher, Keisha, Candice, Denise, Dorothy, Valerie, Christine, Mellody, and a host of other relatives and friends. . . .and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Isaiah 55:12 Celebration of Life Service is Thursday, October 29, 2015 at East End Tabernacle Baptist Church, 548 Central Avenue Bridgeport, CT 06607. Viewing will be at 9:00 am until time of service at 10:00 at the church.
