Marc Albert Johnson Obituary (1951

Marc Albert Johnson entered into eternal rest on March 30, 2017 in Norwalk Hospital. He was born in Bridgeport, CT and grew up in Milford CT. He attended Jonathan Law High School where he began his trade skills career. Marc was a member of Messiah Baptist Church where he started attending at a very young age with his mother, Gladys, and other family members. He moved to Atlanta, GA for a brief period and returned to Connecticut. He then became a union worker for Pitney Bowes, Schick and Dresser Industries. Marc had his first child, MarQuita, in 1984 and began a life with her and her mother, Shaddi Dumas, of Stamford, CT where he lived for many years. Several years later, he fathered two sons, Marc and Ahkeem, and lived in Bridgeport and Norwalk. Marcs hobbies included chess and cards. He loved the History Channel. Marc leaves to cherish the memories, sons, Marc Lamor Johnson-Bailey and Ahkeem Ernest Johnson-Bailey of Bridgeport, CT; daughter, MarQuita Richele Johnson of Stamford, CT; brothers, Renoit Count (Tyra) Johnson of Marshall, VA and Paul (Debbie) William Hill, Sr. of Richmond, VA; sisters, Rene Smith Blizzard of Sacramento, CA, Michele Johnson of Norwalk, CT and Wendy Bradshaw of Bridgeport, CT; mother of daughter, Shaddi Dumas of Stamford, CT; granddaughter, Tiara Campbell of Stamford, CT; nephews, Ryan Hill of DC, Jason (Shelli) Hill of Harrisburg, PA and Sebastian Johnson of Bridgeport, CT; nieces, April Ward of Bridgeport, CT and Jasinia Bradshaw of West Haven, CT. Marcs father, Ernest Lee Johnson; mother, Gladys Marjorie Husband Johnson; brother, Raynor Johnson and uncle, Joseph William Husband, Jr. predeceased him. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace.
