Linwood 'Peanut' Marquis Watson Obituary (1962

Linwood (Peanut) Marquis Watson, Jr. age 48 of Norwalk, CT, passed away suddenly at home on July 21, 2010. He was born on May 18, 1962 to Geraldine Pharr-Watson and the late Linwood Watson, Sr. Peanut was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was a graduate of Norwalk High School. He was previously employed at Neon Child Development Program and was currently employed at Securitas for the past 10 years. He leaves to cherish his memory a son Brandon Marquis Watson and a daughter Jada Nicole Watson, both of Norwalk, CT; a beloved mother Geraldine Pharr-Watson of Norwalk, CT; a sister Drenna Watson (Barren) Rice of Norwalk, CT, four nephews and two great nieces; a paternal grandmother Francis Dunmore and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Willidean and Bennie Pharr. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Friends may greet the family from 11:00 A.M. until time of service. Funeral Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 21 Concord Street, South Norwalk, CT 06854.
