Kim Lee Williams-Sneed Obituary (1959

Kim Lee WilliamsSneed, age 53, was called from labor to reward on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at St. Vincents Hospital.. Kim was born on November 24, 1959 in Bridgeport, CT., to the late Harper and Anastena White Williams. She was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport and a graduate of Bassick High School. Kim later went on to receive her Bachlors Degree in Social Work from Morgan State University. She was formerly married to Randall Sneed Jr. and from this union they had two beautiful daughters; Taniesha and Tyshea Sneed her pride and joy. Kim was formerly employed with the following companies before her health failed her; Bridgeport Board of Education, Department of Defense, Connecticut Community Care Inc., Resource Human Development and Clasp Home. Kim was a very strong independent woman who loved to crack jokes and make everyone laugh. Her hobbies were, shopping, reading and listening to her music. She loved and adored her grandchildren and always enjoyed spending time with them. Kim leaves to cherish her memories; her two lovely daughters, Taniesha and Tyshea Sneed both of Bridgeport, CT; a special God-daughter; Rhea Carson of Virginia, three sisters; Pamela Williams (Eddie) Martin and Tracy Williams both of Bridgeport; Rev. Joan Williams(Wallace)Washington of Cape Coral, FL., three brothers, Frank Williams, Joseph Williams, Keith( Dorian Bracey) Williams all of Bridgeport; five grandchildren; Chaz, Kyle, Carniesha, TyJae and Jazmin the apples of her eye, two God-grandchildren; Steve and Amir, Two aunts, Modicue Stanton of Norwalk; and Barbara White-Clemons of Bridgeport; one great great aunt, Elsie Heard of Boston, MA and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Kim was preceded in death by one brother, Harper Terry Williams. Funeral Services were held on Thurday, October 24, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Stratford,1301 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT at 11:00 AM. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Repast at Connecticut Small Games Club, 881 Connecticut Avenue, Bridgeport.
