Carmeisha Denise Nance Obituary (1982

Carmeisha Denise Nance, affectionally also known as "Meish or Twin A" was granted her angel wings on Thursday, July 12, 2018. Heaven is rejoicing because the Lord received one of his best angels as she is welcomed into Gods marvelous kingdom. Carmeisha was born on May 30, 1982 in Norwalk, CT, where she remained a native all her life. Carmeisha was an individual who loved and lived life to the fullest, she seized every opportunity to try new things. Although in the early part of her life, she was extremely shy and soft-spoken, it did not take her long to come out of her shell and find her inner voice. One could feel her energetic and warm spirit as soon as she entered a room. The biggest life lesson Carmeisha has taught those who had the privilege to love and know her is to live each day as if it is your last, to do what makes you happy. The primary things that made her happy were her love of animals, particularly rabbits and spending time with family, especially her son and baby niece. Furthermore, anyone who knew her could talk about her love of books, which grew into a passion for traveling. At least, once a year, if not more, she took a vacation, Carmeisha definitely understood the importance of "me-time". Carmeishas life may seem too short, but during her time with us, she touched the lives of many. The quality of her life exceeded the quantity of time in which she lived. If a single word had to be used to describe her, it would be independent, at the age of 15, she obtained her first job and worked faithfully until her earthly departure. Carmeisha was a "go getter", if she wanted something, she would do whatever was necessary to make sure she got it. Carmeisha will forever be remembered for her humble and non-judgmental demeanor. Carmeisha worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Jornik Manufacturing for nine years as a dedicated worker. Carmeisha always made herself available to help and assist anyone in need. One of the many benefits of working with such a caring and devoted individual. Carmeisha is survived by her son, Terrell Nance, her mother, Carol Nance, her father, David Smith and her siblings which includes, twin sister, Teneisha Nance, her baby sister, Na-Tasha Bryan, baby brother, David Smith Jr, and her step-sister, Nyesha "Molly" Mckinney. Her nephew, Dwayne Liles Jr. & baby niece, Harlem Cole. In addition, her maternal grandmother, Emma Mae Nance, her cousin, more like a sister, Peggy Nance, and her best friend, Latarish Darden. Additionally, four aunts, Doris Jordan, Loretta Nance, Nora Nance & Glenda Jones as well as three uncles, Ronald Nance, David Nance & Dwight Nance. Also, a host of cousins, friends and her significant other, Patrick Kelly Jr. Carmeisha was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, William "Billy" Nance, her paternal grandparents and several aunts and uncles on both sides of her family.
