Jermal, known to friends as Grade A, was a devoted Father, athlete, songwriter and fun loving individual. Jermals passion for music developed him into a skilled songwriter, enabling him the opportunity to share his life experiences and aspirations through songs. Throughout most of his life, Jermal showcased his athletic ability by excelling, and receiving countless awards, in karate and basketball. He was a member of New Vision International Ministries in Bridgeport, CT. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving Mother, Carolyn George of Bridgeport, CT; Father, Nehemiah Augustus Reid of Norwalk, CT; a son, Tyrell Lamont George; a cherished fianc, Jasmine Miller of Bridgeport, CT; four brothers Takaria Sherod George, Paul Stevens, and Omar Reid all of Norwalk, CT, and Adarius George of the home; two sisters, Quinyatta George and Shaquaisha Andrews of Norwalk, CT; two god sisters Monica Witherspoon of Norwalk, CT, and Jamie Shaw of Bridgeport, CT; grandparents, Bertha (Isaiah) Brasfied of Tuscaloosa, AL; Willie James (Fannie) Jones of Marshallville, GA; aunt Cynthia (Reginald) Russell of Macon, GA; great grandfather, Levi George, Sr. of Macon, GA; a godmother Veronica Witherspoon of Stamford, CT; an uncle Albert Reid of Norwalk, CT; six nieces Samara George, Kayla Gouldbeurne, Shanice Gouldbeurne all of Bridgeport, CT; Milan Mann, Jadania Mann, Ivory Gouldbeurne, of Norwalk, CT; three nephews Jaqwan Harris of Bridgeport, CT; Rodney Delgado, Jr., Niar Brown of Norwalk, CT; a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. A daughter Kayannah Brayboy, a sister Carol Gouldbeurne, and a brother Thounsa Lamont Addison, Jr. predeceased him.
