Thomasina L. Clark Obituary (1923

Thomasina Tammy Leonora Clark, age 85 of Stratford, CT made her peaceful transitions to eternal rest on Sunday, November 23, 2008, at The Carolton Chronic & Convalescent Hospital in Fairfield, CT. Thomasina was born in Jamaica W. I. on October 23, 1923. She was one of eight children who have all predeceased her. Thomasina, loved the Lord and has worked tirelessly as an Evangelist, building Churches in Jamaica and was a founding member of the Pacific Street Church of God in Stamford were she actively served the Lord and Church as a Sunday School Superintendent. Always willing help those in need, her kind spirit facilitated in her profession as care-giver and nurses-aide in the Fairfield county area. Thomasina was predeceased by her Husband, Deacon Milton Clark (First Baptist Church of Stratford). Thomasina leaves behind to cherish her memory a step-daughter Jeneene Leary (Raymond) of Bridgeport and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The viewing will take place, Monday December 1, 2008, from 9 to 11 a.m. and the funeral services at immediately following at 11 a.m. All services will be held at the Promise Land Church of God, 73 Fresh Meadow Rd, West Haven CT, (203) 933-3563 where the Bishop Kenneth W. Travick Servers as Pastor.
