Rufus P. Smith entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 28, 2021 at home. He was born in Anderson, South Carolina on October 11, 1952 to Alonzo A. Smith and Pansy Smith (Martin). He attended Bridgeport Public Schools with High School being Central High School. Rufus, leaves behind to cherish his memory siblings; brothers Norman Smith(Regina), Roosevelt Smith(Marcella), Walter Smith, sister; Joann Smith, nephews; Len Smith, Tyrone Smith, Reginald Smith, Eddie Smith, Steven Smith, Norman Smith, Robert Smith, Roosevelt Smith Jr.; Nieces Pamela Smith, and Theresa Smith. Rufus also leaves a daughter Ninotchka Page who resides in Pensacola, FL. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday January 8, 2022 starting at 2:00pm at the Baker-Isaac Funeral Services 985 Stratford Avenue Bridgeport, CT 06607.
