Mary P Horton Obituary (1950

Mary P. Horton was born in Buena Vista Georgia on November 22, 1950 to the Late Albert and Maeula Jefferson Ager. She later relocated to Connecticut in her younger years. She attended Central High School. She was an attending member of the Inspirational Church of Jesus Christ Deliverance Center III. Mary worked 30 plus years as a Nursing Assistant at Bridgeport Manor and Astoria Park for 5 years plus. She was a devoted wife and mother and active family member. She enjoyed family outings and shopping. One of her hobbies was fishing. She loved washing clothes (lol). Mary was very shy but also firm at times. She always had an encouraging smile; her presence always lit up the room. Mary departed this earthly life on December 11, 2016. She leaves to mourn her memory, four children, Angela of Maryland, Kevin of New York, Roshonda and Tanekia of Connecticut, grandchildren, Joseph of Maryland, Noveyon of Connecticut, Justin of Maryland, Teyona of Connecticut and Aiden of Maryland; two sisters, Dorothy (Charlie) Haynes and Louise Ager Bradley all of Connecticut; three brothers, Raymond Ager of Georgia, Daniel Ager of Connecticut and Willie Ed Ager of North Carolina. Mary was predeceased by her sisters and brothers, Artie Straker, Willie Jean Ager, Albert Ager, Jr., Joseph Ager, Dianne Ager, Dottie Ager and Annie Horton.
