Mariyah Inthirath Obituary (2000 - 2021)

On May 15, 2021 Mariyah Nakhoune-Inthirath was called home and earned her wings. She was taken before her time. She was born to Miylena Inthirath and Hippy Nakhoune on October 5, 2000 at St. Vincents Hospital. She was the beloved sister to Anthony, Dylan, and Jordan Inthirath. She is the aunt to Blake Inthirath, her only nephew. She is survived by her grandparents, Khamkit Inthirath, Pe and Tiang Nakhoune; Aunts Xang Nakhoune, Vee Inthirath, Mollie Inthirath, Soutsada Nakhoune, and Khanthaly Inthirath; Uncles Vieng Nakhoune, Andy Inthirath, Vilay Sayamoungkhoun and numerous close cousins. Mariyah was raised in Bridgeport where she was loved dearly by her family and friends. She was passionate about her R&B music where she found joy and comfort. She loved taking pictures and had inspirations to be a model and veterinarian. She had motherly love for her cats Petunia and Millie, her mischievous children. She impacted many, from the moment she was born. Her inner joy and beauty seemed to shine. She was instantly loved with her loveable personality. She always had an abundant number of friends who surrounded her. She often provided comedic relief to her family and friends. Mariyah will be deeply missed, as she would say "Dont cry for me but celebrate my life and the memories we created." She is now reunited with her brother Justin and aunt Tim, who has also earned their wings. May our angels rest in eternal peace. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 9:30 AM, Canaan Institutional Baptist Church, 31 Concord Street, Norwalk, CT. Family will receive guest from 8:30 AM until time of the service at the church. Interment will take place at St. John's Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave, Norwalk, CT.
