Malvin "Marvelous" Marquez, 35, passed away suddenly on January 6, 2016. He was born in Humacau, Puerto Rico and raised in Norwalk, CT. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at St. Joseph's Church, 85 South Main Street, Norwalk, CT from 11:00 to 12:00 noon. A viewing is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to the time of service. He was the son of the late Isander Marquez. Malvin is survived by his mother Maria J. Flores; his maternal grandmother, Candida Flores; a sister Saymary Wilson; a brother-in-law, Robert E. Wilson; a former wife, Jona M. Zbras-Marquez; one daughter, Aracely O. Marquez; and one son Marvin S. Marquez. A nephew, Robert I. Wilson; his girlfriend, Yadira Morales; and step-children. Other family members include several aunts, uncles, cousins and many beloved friends. Malvin Marquez was more than just a father, son or brother, he was a unique soul and very humble. To know him was to love him. He loved his family, riding his motorcycle, loved cars since he was a kid, family gatherings, and enjoying each other's time which he tried to make for everyone. Sadly to say now it's time to say goodbye to such a Marvelous soul. May you rest in eternal paradise. You will be very missed.
