Latisha Nicole Mason Obituary (1982

Latisha Nicole (Poodie) Mason, 28 of Norwalk, CT, departed this life on February 9, 2011 at Ellis Hospital in New York. Latisha was born in Norwalk, CT on June 27, 1982 to the late Leroy (Brother) Mason, Jr. and Linda Boykin. She graduated from Lincoln Technical School as a Dental Assistant. In addition to her mother she leaves to cherish her memories, one son Shaki Holley and special friend Damien Holley; two sisters Shalease Mason of Norwalk, CT and Trina Mason-Deveaux (Delvonne)of Richmond, VA; three nephews Shakiem Powell of Norwalk, CT and Deshawn and Delvonne Deveaux of Richmond, VA. Her paternal grandmother Jeanette Mason, and her maternal grandmother Grace Boykin both of Norwalk, CT; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to her father, her grandfathers Leroy (Mummy) Mason, Sr. and John (J.B) Boykin, Sr., two uncles John (Jay) Boykin, Jr. and Leonard J. (Lenny) Boykin preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Canaan Institutional Church, 31 Concord Street, Norwalk, CT 06854. Friends may greet the family from 10:00 A.M until time of service at 12:00 P.M.
