Edward Lofton, Jr. Obituary (1951

Edward Lofton, Jr. age 56 entered into eternal rest January 12, 2008 at Kennedy Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey. Edward was born April 10, 1951 to Lillie Mae Lofton and the late Edward Lofton, Sr. in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a long time resident of Norwalk, Connecticut before relocating to New Jersey. Edward was a graduate of Brien McMahon High School. He also studied and frequently attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. In addition to his beloved mother Lillie Mae Lofton of Eastampton, New Jersey survivors include one son, Atron White of Charlotte, S.C. and four grandchildren. Seven sisters, Brenda Morley, Atherine and Tina Lofton of Eastampton, New Jersey, Fordelma Lofton of Norwalk, Ct., Mary Fulton of Atlanta, Georgia, Phyllis Posey of Bessemer, Alabama, Kathy Posey of Washington. D.C. Three aunts, Willa Mae Johnson of Bessemer, Alabama, Martha Jackson and Annie Mae Miller of Norwalk, Connecticut, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends that were very dear to him. In addition to his father a sister Debra Ann Lofton preceded him in death. Memorial services were 11:00 AM Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Baker Funeral Chapel, 84 S. Main St. Norwalk, Connecticut, and Minister Richard R. Drummond of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses officiated. **Please sign Guest Book for the Family***
