Curtis Thompson, Jr Obituary (1930

Curtis Thompson, Jr. was called home to Glory on November 5, 2013. He was born on November 7, 1930 to the late Curtis and Florence Thompson, Sr. in Sampson County, North Carolina. He was a retired Welder from the Fray Welding Company. Mr. Thompson was married to Ruby M. Thompson whom he leaves to cherish his memories along with their children; Christopher and Eric Thompson; Gwendolyn Sandle and Kimberly Thompson. Five sisters, Emma Collins, Mable Perkins, Cleo Wright, Shirley Eaddy, Florence Wharton and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may greet the family on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at St. Luke Freewill Baptist Church, 1365 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport, CT from 8:00 AM until the time of service at 9:00 AM with Pastor Johnny Gamble Officiating. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery.
