Cozy Shaw Obituary (1934

Cozy Shaw, 82 was born November 24, 1934 in Nahunta, Ga to Ruby Lee Shaw and Causey Bryant Sr. He passed away peacefully on March 22, 2017. Cozy was educated in the Brantly County School System. He was trained and baptized at Little Rock Baptist Church in Nahunta, Ga. He retired after fifty plus years with the Devo Paint in Bridgeport, CT. He also retired from Boss Security with over twenty eight years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Causey Bryant Sr. and Ruby Lee Shaw and brothers, Luther Bryant and Wilburt Hightower. Left to mourn his loss and hold precious memories are Alicia Gail Gholston (Norman) of CT, Jonathan Shaw (Georgia), Jeanette Donaldson (Fredrick) , Anita Sasser (Kenneth) , Causey Bryant Jr, Elizabeth Bryant all of Florida, Chant'ae Altman(granddaughter and 26 more grandchildren) great grandchildren, nieces , nephews, cousins and many beloved family and friends. Funeral Services for Cozy will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11:00 am at Baker Isaac Funeral Chapel, 985 Stratford Ave, Bridgeport, CT, with Rev. Jimmy L. Bryant, from Nahunta, GA, officiating. Friends may greet the family from 10:00 am until time of service.
