Claudaus Bravo Obituary (1973

"Tony" Claudaus Bravo age 47 departed this life & entered eternal rest on August 25, 2021. Tony was born October 25, 1973 in Brooklyn, NY to Josephine Bravo & Claudaus Wyse. He moved to Stamford, CT at the age of 1. At the age of 15 he moved to Bridgeport, CT where he graduated from Central High School. As a loving son Tony adored his mother, Josephine, he always said he was a proud mama's boy & warned everybody "Mess with me but not with my mother". Tony was married and has 3 beautiful children whom he raised & adored. Being a spiritual man, Tony was a member of Mount Aery Church. He worked at Greenwich Hospital as the Maternity Chef for years, later working at Optimus Clinic as a Security Officer, at both of these companies Tony was able to build a community of coworkers who quickly became lifelong friends. Serving his community, especially children in his community was something that Tony treasured. First by showcasing young talent producing Connecticut Hidden Stars on Public Access TV. Later Tony was a founding member of Connecticut Against Violence holding workshops for young men & women, mentoring them and presenting educational opportunities as well as practical skills to succeed in life. Tony was also very involved in the entertainment industry showcasing young talent on social media platforms. Throughout his life Tony also volunteered his time and resources to provide help to many local community agencies, food drives, back to school events, and many other events in service to the community. Ten years ago Tony met Eunice Rosa, his "Puerto Rican Princess" in whom he found a life partner, Eunice helped raise his 3 beautiful children. Tony is survived by his mother, Josephine Bravo and stepfather Isidore Roberts. His 3 loving children whom he was so proud of Sergeant Asia Bravo "the Queen" of Augusta, GA, "T. J." Anthony Bravo "the King" and Quinntin Bravo "the Prince" both of Bridgeport, CT. His oldest brother Stockley (wife Robin) Chrichlow of Norwalk, CT, loving sister Helena Chrichlow of Brooklyn, NY and older brother Sheldon (wife Charnice) Bravo of Bridgeport, CT. His beautiful Bravo sisters, whom he said always took care of him. His Aunt Ingrid Crichlow from Brooklyn, NY. His uncle Alvin Crichlow, wife Kathy and 3 children Junior, Katrina and Kieran from Bridgeport, CT His Aunts Dolly & Janet and Uncle Steven Chrichlow and his wife from Trinidad & Tobago. In addition to a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and an extended family that he found in many loyal and supportive friends.
