Arlether Babcock Obituary (1963 - 2022)

Arlether Babcock of Norwalk, Connecticut entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Arlether was born on August 24, 1963 to the late Mamie Singleton and Arnett Franklin Sr. Arlether was a lifelong resident of Norwalk, Connecticut. And received her education through the Norwalk Public School system. She worked at Walmart and as a Home Health Aide. Arlether was a beautiful soul with a caring heart. She was family oriented. She enjoyed playing spades and watching Criminal Minds. Her favorite saying was "oh my lanta". Arlether leaves to cherish in her memory, sisters Mary "Ola" Smith, Lucille Glenn and Diane "Lilliann" Franklin. Honorary sister and cousins. Nieces Taka Ragin, Ashley Franklin, Dametra Arrington (Kenyata). Nephews Anthony Franklin, Donald Moore, Marlon Glenn (Latarish) and Michael Glenn (Lajoy), and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Arlether was predeceased by her parents Mamie Singleton and Arnett Franklin Sr. Siblings Arnett Franklin Jr. and Denise Moore. Niece Adrienne Bullock and grand mother Peggy Fulton. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM, Baker Funeral Services, 84 South Main Street, Norwalk, Connecticut. Interment will be private.
